Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 12–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Delayed or Missing Orders
